Day of Dance is a community-based event, hosted by Spirit of Women hospitals across the country. This event offers fun for the entire family. Bring your friends and family to dance, learn simple ways to stay heart healthy, enjoy music, and participate in health screenings.

General admission is free and no registration is required.
The first 250 women will receive a goody bag with national and local samples and coupons.
