You or a family member should contact the Nursing Office (extension 4520 or 704-878-4520) or nursing supervisor if you have a need for private duty nurses.

We have contracted with two area home health agencies to assist you in providing private duty care. These agencies are:

• Dudley's Home Health (704-878-0280)
• Home Instead Senior Care (704-924-9909)

Private duty nurses may not practice in our hospital without the approval of the administration. However, we do not have the same degree of supervision of these nurses as we do with our employees.

Please know that your satisfaction is important to us. It is our expectation that your private duty experience will be a positive one.  Please share with us any comments you have about the contract agencies.
