Living With Cancer
Meets on the 4th Tuesday of each week in the hospital's One West Living Room. Cancer patients and their spouses are invited to attend for fellowship, information and lunch. There is no charge. For information, contact Rev. Thomas Sherrod, chaplain, at 704-878-5661, extension 3414.
Look Good, Feel Better
American Cancer Society program that helps women who are undergoing cancer treatment learn to cope with the appearance-related side effects of treatment and to regain a sense of self-confidence and control over their lives. Meets 6:00 - 8:00 PM on the 4th Monday of every month at the Woman's Health Center, 735 Hartness Road. Participants can register by calling 704-878-4550.
Grief Share
Twelve-week CD/discussion series on coping with grief. Next session will be held March 12 through May 14, 5:30 - 7:00 PM, in the One West Living Room at Iredell Memorial Hospital. Facilitators, Iredell's Chaplain Thomas Sherrod and Sina Brown with Hospice. There is no charge and pre-registration is not required. You may attend as many sessions as you wish.
